What did you enjoy most about your ASLF experience?

I enjoyed meeting other students and leaders who were passionately serving their communities and peers with the love and principles of Jesus.

What long term impact on your leadership skills do you see from your time at ASLF?

From my time at ASLF, it was impressed upon me the significance that simply caring for others does in a leadership setting. I see a long term impact in my abilities as a leader to care for, serve, and lead others.

What do you wish you had know before attending ASLF?

I wish I had known to be prepared to make significant friendships. My first time at ASLF I was expecting to learn, but not necessarily expecting meaningful and lasting relationships to build. I met so many great individuals that I have built relationships with because of ASLF.

Now that you're in the marketplace, what does it mean to you to be a servant leader?

In the market place, the environment can be a bit different from college, but the mission stays the same. I strive to love and serve others whether we are introduced by my job title or just my name from a friend. Being a servant leader means abiding in Him daily, and letting God’s love for me overflow into my interactions with others.
